Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape and continually improve learning for associates across multifamily roles. You’ll collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and the L&D team to optimize role-specific learning from discovery through launch.

You’ll apply a modern mindset—using eLearning, microlearning, videos, simulations, and performance support—to deliver practical, scalable experiences that drive skill growth and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related Learning & Development role.
• Experience developing eLearning, microlearning, performance support and digital learning solutions using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia and/or similar technologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Comfortable facilitating learning experiences, workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize role-specific learning experiences that build knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Partner with SMEs, business leaders, and L&D to translate business needs into engaging solutions.
• Leverage a modern learning ecosystem—eLearning, microlearning, live training, video, practice, simulations, and performance support.
• Develop digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, and emerging learning technologies.
• Lead learning projects from concept through launch, managing discovery, timelines, priorities, stakeholders, deliverables.
• Facilitate learning experiences, workshops, and stakeholder discussions with confidence.
• Stay current on learning trends and technologies to evolve RPM’s learning ecosystem.
• Evaluate and improve learning experiences using feedback, data, and business needs.
