Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape and continuously improve learning experiences for associates across RPM properties. You will partner with SMEs, leaders, and the L&D team to optimize role-specific training from end to end and apply modern approaches beyond traditional courses.

The role emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and experimentation, utilizing eLearning, microlearning, videos, simulations, and performance support to deliver scalable experiences for frontline

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Experience building eLearning, microlearning, and performance support.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Strong project management and deadline handling.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize role-specific learning experiences for associates.
• Collaborate with SMEs and L&D to create engaging solutions.
• Leverage a modern learning ecosystem (eLearning, video, microlearning) for each need.
• Develop digital learning using tools like Articulate 360 and Synthesia.
• Lead projects from concept through launch with timelines and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with confidence.
• Stay current on learning trends and evolve RPM’s ecosystem.
• Use data to continuously improve learning experiences.
