Job summary

WHOOP is seeking a Learning Experience Design Specialist in Boston, MA (on-site with remote options) to design and deliver scalable learning experiences for the Membership Services team.

You will partner with stakeholders, leverage instructional design and AI-powered tools, and manage the LMS to accelerate performance and improve member outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Learning & Development or related field with digital learning experience.
• Experience administering an LMS with content management, reporting, and governance.
• Experience creating eLearning using modern authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Strong instructional design foundation with ability to translate complex business processes into engaging, performance-focused learning experiences.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using learning data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI-enabled tools to improve learning design, content development, and operational efficiency.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences—including eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs that accelerate speed to competency and improve business performance.
• Own and administer the Membership Services Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is effectively deployed, governed, maintained, and measured.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and develop scalable enablement programs that align with business objectives.
• Leverage instructional design best practices, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to create high-quality, learner-centric experiences that can scale across a growing global organization.
• Establish and continuously improve learning design standards, governance processes, and content frameworks that promote consistency, efficiency, and quality across learning initiatives.
• Measure and communicate the effectiveness of learning programs through performance metrics, learner analytics, and business impact, using insights to continuously optimize learning experiences.
• Lead TRE events for change training, continuous learning and new hire onboarding
• Provide lateral support to Training Delivery
• Support a Global Membership Services team and have the ability to flex working hours
