Blue Origin is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to craft scalable, high-quality elearning content that supports employee development, onboarding, and leadership initiatives. You will translate complex processes into engaging modules and collaborate with HR L&D, SMEs, and trainers to bring content to life.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled design, adherence to adult learning principles, and alignment with brand standards while enabling scalable delivery across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Training and Development, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong visual design skills and familiarity with graphic design software.
• Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, interactive elements).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning, job aids).
• Create role-based learning journeys (30/60/90-day plans) for all pillars.
• Translate complex processes into engaging, accessible learning materials.
• Develop multimedia content including videos, infographics, and interactive resources.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys with personalized recommendations.
• Ensure content aligns with brand standards and Leadership Principles.
