Qualifications

• 3–5 years in learning and development or related field.
• Experience administering an LMS, including reporting and user management.
• Ability to manage multiple learning projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience facilitating learning programs and working with subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization of learning requests and translate them into plans.
• Configure and optimize the LMS, including reporting, compliance, and integrations.
• Drive automation and data-driven enhancements for learning operations.
• Design and deliver scalable learning experiences across the company.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to create engaging content and programs.
• Measure program impact and iterate based on feedback.
