Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create scalable eLearning modules, job aids, and multimedia resources for our HR L&D programs. You will work across Employee Experience, Career Development, and Enterprise Enablement to deliver high-quality, accessible content that aligns with our Leadership Principles.

The role blends design with facilitation and program management, leveraging AI-enabled tools to speed production while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Training and Development, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning, job aids)
• Create role-based learning journeys (30/60/90-day plans, onboarding experiences)
• Translate complex business processes, Leadership Principles, and technical content into engaging, accessible learning materials
• Develop multimedia content including videos, interactive modules, infographics, and digital resources
• Design end-to-end learning journeys that connect assets into cohesive development pathways
• Ensure content aligns with Blue Origin brand standards and Leadership Principles
• Design facilitation guides and delivery-ready materials for consistent delivery quality
