School Specialty is seeking a Learning Environment Specialist to partner with inside and outside sales to promote a broad portfolio of furniture, equipment, educational technology, and safety products for 21st century classrooms. You will assess customer needs, present optimal solutions, and drive sales growth while strengthening relationships in the Twin Cities area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years outside sales in K-12 education market preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in furniture/equipment project sales or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and active driving record required.

Responsabilités

• Understand education market trends to promote School Specialty’s learning environment solutions.
• Develop relationships with school districts to implement account strategies and sales plans.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales objectives across the company’s value proposition.
• Utilize Salesforce/OneForce and other tools to drive opportunities and update deals.
• Monitor funding sources and coordinate bond/funding strategies within assigned territories.
