DEMCO, Inc. is seeking a Learning Environment Field Consultant to drive K-12 school and library partnerships, selling learning space and furniture solutions. This remote, territory-based role travels to customer sites across districts and libraries.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• K-12 sales experience with understanding of school purchasing processes.
• Sales drive with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and developing new business relationships.
• Physical readiness for tradeshows, setup/breakdown, and on-site installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to educators and administrators.
• Collaborative mindset; works well across departments to deliver customer experience.
• Willingness to travel territory and occasionally overnight for customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Travel 4–5 days per week within the territory to meet educators and library leaders.
• Reach out to K-12 schools and public libraries to introduce learning space and furniture solutions and identify opportunities.
• Visit customer sites for measurements, photos, and collaboration with design teams to ensure accurate proposals.
• Represent and network at regional tradeshows, engaging attendees and showcasing solutions.
• Log activity in CRM and coordinate with internal teams on next steps for active opportunities and quota attainment.
