Teaching Lab, a nonprofit focused on teacher professional learning, seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive high-quality program services and manage complex projects that impact educator practice and student learning. You will work with flex teams, system-level leaders, and cross-functional colleagues to deliver coaching, content design, and partnership management.

Qualifications

• Five or more years combined experience in PK-12 education with impact in underserved settings.
• Three or more years collaborating with external partners to manage workflow or deliver services.
• Three or more years planning and implementing projects.
• Three or more years leading or coaching HQIM implementation.
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content and practice standards.
• Experience designing professional learning for educators.
• Experience facilitating professional learning or coaching for educators.
• Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in education.
• Experience teaching or coaching curricula in ELA or Math (as listed in ad).

Responsibilities

• Designing and facilitating professional learning content, services, and tools/resources.
• Serving as a content expert and sometimes leading projects.
• Managing project plans, contracts, and invoices for timely delivery of services.
• Collaborating across departments and coaching team members as needed.
