Job summary

Rincon Consultants, Inc. in California is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and develop company-wide blended learning programs for highly technical audiences in project management, coaching, consulting, and supervisory leadership development.

The successful candidate will own the instructional design process from analysis through implementation, creating integrated learning experiences with virtual and in-person components and leveraging tools such as Articulate 360,

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions for technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
• Ability to design curricula spanning multiple modalities and measures of learning.
• Experience aligning curricula with business and performance outcomes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with SMEs, leaders, and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as instructional designer, developing high-priority curricula with SMEs.
• Own the instructional design process with LMS support as needed.
• Design and develop curricula in Project Management, Coaching, Consulting, and Leadership.
• Create content using ASL tools and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
• Evaluate post-instruction outcomes using Kirkpatrick or similar evaluations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to validate training materials and maintain LMS data.
• Support training initiatives with additional assignments as needed.
