Job summary

WellSense Health Plan is seeking a full-time remote Learning and Development Manager to lead scalable training for healthcare call center operations, focusing on onboarding, upskilling, and compliance education for staff.

You will oversee training programs for Member and Provider call center teams, develop a strategic roadmap for continuous development of Customer Experience Support teams, and design learning programs aligned with quality standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a health plan setting.
• 5+ years of learning and development experience.
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of managed healthcare or insurance operations experience.
• 5+ years of call center experience.

Responsibilities
