Job summary

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Training Manager to lead enterprise learning initiatives that support Inside Sales and Sales Support. This remote role in Dallas will partner with business leaders, design engaging onboarding and training programs, and ensure high-quality learning solutions delivered on time.

You will collaborate with the Director of Leadership Development & Sales Enablement and build scalable learning experiences across functions, driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and managing corporate learning programs.
• Experience designing and delivering onboarding programs, role-based training, and ongoing skill development.
• Excellent instructional design and curriculum development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and manage enterprise learning projects across Sales, Customer Care, Financial Services, Operations, or other functions.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning solutions.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs, scope, priorities, and timelines; manage multiple projects.
• Maintain enterprise standards for instructional design, learner experience, branding, and content quality.
