Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the LMS, deliver digital content, and provide first-line guidance to employees. The role involves maintaining Cornerstone LMS, generating reports, and collaborating with the L&D team on curriculum and materials.

The candidate should have 1+ year in L&D, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. A hybrid work setup is used with in-office Tuesdays and Wednesdays in downtown Chicago, and remote work other days.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of learning and development related work experience.
• B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or related field.
• Servant leadership mentality and enjoys collaborating with internal clients.
• Intermediate to advanced L&D software skills, preferably with LMS (Cornerstone).
• Technical skills with current learning management systems, web-conferencing tools, google apps, etc.
• Strong aptitude for technology: MS Office, LMS, video production and editing software and E-Learning Systems.
• Experience with Camtasia and/or instructional design software preferred.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and oversight of the learning management system.
• Respond to all LMS-related tickets and troubleshoot support issues.
• Develop, deliver, and effectively use digital content, tools, or related processes and procedures to help foster a high-quality digital educational experience.
• Collaborate with L&D team and other subject matter experts to assist in the development and production of curriculum and other deliverables.
• Create training materials and content for distribution via LMS, websites, newsletters, and workshops.
• Support integrated third-party systems such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
