Job summary

Benesch seeks a Learning & Development Coordinator in Chicago to support the L&D team by managing the LMS, handling tickets, and producing digital learning content. You will track registrations, run reports, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver engaging training experiences.

The role combines in-office collaboration at the downtown Chicago site with remote work on other days, requiring strong communication, technical aptitude, and customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of learning and development related work experience.
• B.S. Degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or related field.
• Servant leadership mentality and enjoys collaborating with internal clients.
• Intermediate to advanced L&D software skills, preferably with LMS (Cornerstone).
• Technical skills with current learning management systems, web-conferencing tools, google apps, etc.
• Strong aptitude for technology: MS Office, LMS, video production and editing software and E-Learning Systems.
• Experience with Camtasia and/or instructional design software preferred.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and oversight of the learning management system.
• Respond to all LMS-related tickets and troubleshoot support issues.
• Develop, deliver, and effectively use digital content, tools, or related processes and procedures to help foster a high-quality digital educational experience.
• Collaborate with L&D team and other subject matter experts to assist in the development and production of curriculum and other deliverables.
• Create training materials and content for distribution via LMS, websites, newsletters, and workshops.
• Support integrated third-party systems such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
