Benesch is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the LMS, create digital content, and partner with internal teams from our Chicago office. This role blends on-site Tuesdays/Wednesdays with remote work on other days, supporting the L&D team and ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

We have a unique career opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator. As part of the Learning and Development team, the L&D Coordinator is responsible for supporting our L&D team by monitoring and maintaining our learning management system and providing first-line support to employees regarding LMS questions, concerns, or issues. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of system experience (Cornerstone preferred) and consistently demonstrates exceptional client service as well as attention to detail. We are excited to hire a collaborative candidate who will help maintain or elevate our servant leadership brand and provide excellent service to internal clients.
This position will report to our downtown Chicago office twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Other weekdays will be worked remotely.
