Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking an LMS Administrator to provide technical leadership for the Talent and Development team's Learning Management System. This role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and resources within the LMS.

You will manage daily LMS operations, upload new learning content, run reports, and collaborate with HRIS and Ed & Development teams to ensure effective training delivery and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience in adult learning technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in LMS management.
• Experience with adult learning technology and/or content management; Cornerstone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the routine and daily LMS tasks including configuration and usage.
• Upload and test new learning content and revise existing content as needed.
• Pull and manage reports, provide data analysis, and make content recommendations.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Ed & Development teams on LMS maintenance and usage.
• Coordinate LMS-related training rosters and transcripts.
• Use analytics to assess learning impact and drive improvements.

Job Overview

The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator provides technical leadership of the Talent and Development team's LMS. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and other resources managed by the T&D team in the LMS.

Responsibilities

• Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and configuration of the LMS
• Upload and test new learning content (eLearning modules, documents, etc.), edit and revise existing content as needed
• Understand existing content and make learning recommendations based on identified needs
• Build out curriculum and programs as needed
• Accurately pull and manage reports, provide data analysis as needed
• Make LMS use and content recommendations based on search patterns, user experiences, etc.
• Respond to and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues and other related items
• Manage training rosters and user transcripts
• Collaborate with the HRIS team to resolve learner issues in a thorough and timely manner
• Coordinate with the Ed and Development team on LMS maintenance and usage as needed
• Use analytics to assess the impact of learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, certification in adult learning technology, or 6+ years experience in adult learning technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in LMS management.
• Adult learning technology and/or content management experience with Cornerstone is preferred.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $0-$56,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
