Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking an LMS Administrator to provide technical leadership for the Talent and Development team's Learning Management System. This role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and resources within the LMS.
You will manage daily LMS operations, upload new learning content, run reports, and collaborate with HRIS and Ed & Development teams to ensure effective training delivery and curriculum development.
Fully remote, hybrid, or in-person in Newton, Massachusetts.
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator provides technical leadership of the Talent and Development team's LMS. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and analyzing content, assets, and other resources managed by the T&D team in the LMS.
Annual salary range: $0-$56,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
