Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to produce and edit training content, manage LMS materials, and support program logistics. You will collaborate with L&D leaders, HR, and business partners to ensure programs align with goals and drive impact.

The role requires hands-on content creation, proficiency with e-learning tools, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a remote or hybrid setting. Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, instructional design, or content production.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong technical skills with e-learning tools and MS 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw instructional materials into polished, engaging learning assets.
• Edit and produce videos, presentations, and interactive modules using Camtasia, Vyond, Canva, Articulate (SCORM), and PowerPoint.
• Upload, test, and troubleshoot content in LMS platforms (e.g., Schoox, Workday Learning, SharePoint).
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Collaborate with L&D leadership and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve learning experiences.
• Assist in collecting feedback and analytics to inform program improvements.
