Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our globally distributed team. This role supports the design and coordination of training programs and helps build a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

You will assist in coordinating training initiatives, designing learning materials, maintaining the LMS, and analyzing feedback to improve programs. This entry-level role offers strong growth in a dynamic, remote-first tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/education/psychology or related field, or currently pursuing.
• Strong interest in training and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and logistics of training programs and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Design and develop learning materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to improve programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness of initiatives.
