Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, AI Development, or NLP.
• Proven expertise in designing complex prompts and structured outputs.
• Experience building evaluation methodologies and benchmarking.
• Proficient in Python for test suites and AI interactions.
• Advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies to guide model behavior and accuracy.
