Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Director of Learning Technology to own the enterprise learning ecosystem (LMS/LXP) and guide architecture, integration, and strategic execution. The role balances technical depth with learning-domain knowledge and executive-level influence.

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery with enterprise partners, own vendor relationships, and drive a cohesive roadmap including AI-enabled capabilities. Denver-based or remote with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years in learning technology or related enterprise platform leadership with ownership of architecture & integration decisions.
• Experience owning consequential technology decisions, including vendor negotiations and architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own learning technology architecture, platform strategy, and implementation direction.
• Define platform ecosystem, integration patterns, data flows, and roadmap for AI-enabled learning; lead product management.
• Direct high-complexity technology implementations with enterprise partners and external vendors.
• Lead a team of learning technology program managers and develop capability from operations to product ownership.
