Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Remote Learning Design Solutions Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and digital modalities. You will partner with clients and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, manage end-to-end design processes, and ensure content quality, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of learning and development, instructional design, or training experience.
• Experience managing people, projects, or learning teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, business leaders, and learning teams to design learning solutions aligned with goals.
• Lead end-to-end learning design process including needs analysis, design, content development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop learning strategies, objectives, assessments, and success metrics.
• Create engaging training content across instructor-led, virtual, and digital methods.
• Apply learner-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead review cycles with SMEs to ensure content quality and compliance.
• Support planning and execution of live and virtual learning events.
