Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning and development or instructional design.
• Experience managing projects or learning teams and stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and leaders to design learning solutions aligned with goals.
• Lead end-to-end learning design process: needs analysis, content development, evaluation.
• Create engaging content and ensure accessibility and compliance standards.
