Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Learning & Development, Training, Learning Operations, or Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting learning initiatives across live, virtual, blended, and digital formats.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Must be located in or comfortable working Eastern or Central time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning Consultants, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and define learning solutions
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, resources, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate the design and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
• Collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, instructional designers, and operations teams to ensure successful program execution
• Manage learner communications, registration, scheduling, and support activities
• Lead project meetings, rehearsals, status updates, and stakeholder reviews
• Monitor program KPIs, learner feedback, project budgets, and performance metrics
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Research client needs, business priorities, and industry trends to support learning solution design
• Ensure training programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations
