Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a Learning / Change Specialist – Communications for a remote US-based role. You will craft audience-specific communications to support technology releases, user readiness, and adoption as part of a multidisciplinary team serving a federal customer.

The mid-level specialist collaborates with partnerships to deliver measurable user outcomes. Travel as required; position is remote with national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.
• 3+ years in internal/change communications or stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and message tailoring.
• Experience planning comms for enterprise system implementations or releases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute stakeholder communications aligned to releases, training, onboarding, and workflow changes.
• Develop reusable Campaign in a Box materials, announcements, FAQs, briefings, and reinforcement content.
• Segment messages by user role, site, and operational need; coordinate distribution channels.
• Support readiness checks, local change networks, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate content reviews with service, training, and clinical stakeholders.
• Track engagement, feedback, and adoption signals to improve communications.
• Maintain accessible, accurate, and version-controlled communication products.
