Job summary

Crew Training International is seeking an Instructional Developer to design and develop curricula and training systems, applying adult learning theories to instructor-led, asynchronous and synchronous e-learning products.

Responsibilities include creating storyboards, multimedia content, LMS administration, and evaluation strategies to improve learner outcomes; collaboration with ISD teams and adherence to ISD standards is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years of Instructional Development experience including courseware development with multimedia and learner engagement.
  • Experience in user-centered design for synchronous, asynchronous, and remote delivery of learning products.
  • Portfolio/Work Samples welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Apply best practices in instructional design to ensure student-centered learning; objectives-based content creation, student engagement and evaluation methods.
  • Design, develop, and review courseware to meet ISD standards and adapt content to business requirements.
  • Follow CTI and ALT Team processes, standards, and style guides.
  • Organize and manage multiple projects and communicate with ISD leadership.
  • Utilize LMS to assign, load, and track courseware and troubleshoot issues.
  • Research new technologies and techniques in the learning community.
