Job summary

Ashley Sling is seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across both office and manufacturing environments. The role blends process engineering rigor with Lean leadership to reduce waste, improve safety, productivity, and quality.

The position is full-time and remote, with frequent travel by design. Ideal candidates will drive 5S, standard work, RCA, and value stream mapping while coaching teams and delivering measurable results across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in CI/Lean roles.
• Strong background in Lean, Kaizen, Gemba Walks, 5S, Standard Work, VSM, RCA, and waste reduction.
• Experience in manufacturing and production environments; excellent facilitation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean transformation across manufacturing, operations, logistics and office.
• Conduct Gemba Walks and Kaizen events to drive improvements.
• Develop CI roadmaps and metrics; monitor progress and ROI.
• Coach supervisors and cross-functional teams in Lean.
