Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Engineer to drive Lean transformation across the enterprise value stream. This senior IC role partners with Operations, Finance, HR, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology to eliminate waste and speed throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; Lean/Six Sigma credentials required.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide Lean deployments across multiple functions.
• Experience with Obeya, real-time KPI dashboards, and Daily Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean transformation initiatives across value streams.
• Design and facilitate workshops; drive Kaizen events and problem-solving activities.
• Establish KPIs and track performance to sustain results.
