Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing teams in operations, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong Lean methodologies, Kaizen facilitation, and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives and Lean programs across the 3PL organization.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance for productivity, quality, service, and cost.
• Partner with leaders to align CI strategies with business objectives and client needs.
• Mentor and develop a small team of CI professionals and build Lean capabilities across the organization.
