You will guide current and future state, create implementation plans and partner with experts to deliver strategic improvements. The role requires deep Lean expertise, strong communication with senior leaders, and the ability to manage change in a financial services/insurance environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years leading Lean transformation and end-to-end change programs.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries and understanding of operational practices.
• Lean or similar certification or experience implementing continuous improvement principles.
• Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Travel 40-50%.
