Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred
• Lean certification or experience implementing continuous improvement in service environments
• Proven ability to interpret data and measure performance
• Strong communication skills with senior leaders
• Change management principles and tools knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of a Lean Transformation with responsibility for initiatives and continuous improvement routines.
• Define current and future state, implementation plan, and measure impact/value with experts.
• Build partnerships to understand business issues and integrate continuous improvement.
• Use Lean tools to develop insights and drive standard work in delivery of value streams or functions.
• Ensure consistent and successful delivery of standard work.
• Lead training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach leaders to be sponsors and sustain continuous improvement across their area.
