Arch Capital Services LLC in New York is seeking an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee Lean transformation initiatives and drive continual improvement. You will guide current and future state, partners with experts, and coach leaders to sustain improvements.

You will lead workshops, apply standard Lean tools, and ensure delivery of value through efficient processes. Travel 40-50% is expected as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Lean management leadership delivering end-to-end transformational change.
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industries and understanding of operational management.
• Lean certification or equivalent experience applying continuous improvement in service environments.
• Proven track record implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Data interpretation and performance measurement abilities.
• Ability to handle changing priorities with sound judgment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Change management, project and program management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices across the delivery of value streams.
• Guide current and future state, implementation plans, and assess impact/value with business experts.
• Develop partnerships to understand business issues and embed continuous improvement.
• Use Lean tools to develop insights, solutions and standard work in delivery.
• Ensure consistent, successful delivery of standard work.
• Lead training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders as sponsors and coach others on sustaining improvements.
• Coach teams on tools to identify, prioritize and capture performance standards.
