Formación

• Senior-level Lean transformation experience in financial services or insurance industries.
• Strong change management and data-driven performance measurement.
• Ability to coach executives and teams across levels.
• Work experience may substitute education requirement and travel expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state, implementation plan, and impact/value of changes with business unit experts.
• Develop and nurture partnerships to embed continuous improvement across the organization.
• Use Lean tools and analyses to develop insight and drive Lean delivery.
• Responsible for consistent delivery of standard work and training workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach leaders at all levels on management practices to sustain continuous improvement.
