Job summary

Arch Capital seeks an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee Lean transformation initiatives. You will guide current and future state designs, coordinate implementation plans with business experts, and drive sustainable improvements through standard Lean tools and training across units.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Lean management leadership leading end-to-end transformational change.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
• Lean or similar certification or experience implementing Lean in service environments.
• Proven ability to interpret data and measure performance.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean Transformation and continuous improvement practices.
• Define current and future state, create implementation plans with business experts.
• Build partnerships to integrate continuous improvement into the organization.
• Use standard Lean tools to develop insights and drive Lean standards in value streams/functions.
• Ensure delivery of standard work and best practices across teams.
• Lead and facilitate training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers and teams.
• Coach senior leaders and managers to sustain continuous improvement.
