Arch Capital Services LLC seeks an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to oversee Lean-driven transformation initiatives across a business unit. You will guide current and future state planning, work with subject-matter experts, and drive sustainable improvements.

Required are strong Lean expertise, change leadership, and the ability to partner with senior leaders to achieve measurable results. Expect 40–50% travel; base salary ranges from $98,000 to $155,700 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading Lean transformation and end-to-end change initiatives.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
• Lean certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
• Guide current and future state, implementation plans, and value impacts with business experts.
• Develop partnerships to embed continuous improvement within the organization.
• Apply Lean tools to develop insights and drive standard work delivery.
• Ensure successful delivery of agreed standard work across projects.
• Lead and facilitate training and problem-solving workshops with senior managers.
• Coach senior leaders and managers to adopt sustaining improvement practices.
• Mentor teams on identifying, prioritizing, and capturing performance standards.
