Paylocity is seeking a Process Improvement Manager Ops to lead cross-functional, system-wide improvement initiatives. You will analyze processes, define strategies, and drive measurable results using Lean Six Sigma, project management, and data analysis, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

The role requires partnering across departments, developing plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring successful delivery from initiation through control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or related field.
• 5 years of Project Management and/or Process Improvement experience required or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2 years of hands-on Lean Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred.
• Green Belt certification required within 1 year.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Experience working in a Human Capital Management/Payroll/Tax industry preferred.
• Travel up to 15%.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional, companywide process improvement initiatives with moderate oversight.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency using Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with objectives.
• Develop and track detailed project plans from pilot to launch.
• Identify metrics and monitor progress for critical activities.
• Ensure on-time, quality delivery and sustained adoption of changes.
• Schedule and lead project meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and contingency plans.
• Plan and track continuous improvement projects with process mapping.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and support new processes using tools like Quickbase and Power Automate.
• Analyze data to generate insights for prioritization and decision making.
• Create performance metrics for business units and services.
• Facilitate virtual or onsite cross-functional events to promote collaboration.
• Train teams on process improvement methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
