Qualifications

• Certification for Project Management
• 4+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience and/or accounting and finance experience.
• 2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, and executing projects
• Experience with Six Sigma
• Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise using Six Sigma methodology
• Assist with project management, scope definition, risk identification, methodology and resource allocation and facilitation
• Assist with strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups to coordinate and complete projects
• Define performance and results and manage vendors and service providers
• Investigate non-standard requests and problems
• Present to senior leadership
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Review pertinent data and facts to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks
• Prioritize workload and work on ad hoc projects as assigned
