Iron Mountain Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to optimize workflows across facilities, supporting ITAD operations from receipt to shipping. You will identify gaps, reduce waste, and implement practical lean solutions that raise productivity and quality.

Travel domestically with occasional international trips; bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering; 3–5 years in process/industrial engineering; strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in process/industrial engineering or related roles.
• Lean methods experience (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; travel willingness.

Responsabilités

• Assess floor operations and partner with site leaders to close gaps.
• Map processes and apply Lean to reduce waste and improve cycle times.
• Develop SOPs and visual work aids for multiple sites.
• Conduct time and motion studies and monitor KPIs.
• Enhance layouts, tooling, and data entry systems with IT/Operations.
