Ladders is hiring a Talent Development Manager (Learning & Leadership Development) for a remote role based in the United States. You will shape learning strategies to strengthen leadership and growth, partnering with business leaders to translate priorities into practical development solutions.

You will design engaging learning experiences, workshops, and digital content for diverse audiences, linking development to career growth and organizational goals. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience designing leadership and professional development programs.
• Strong learning-design and content-development skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in creating professional learning materials and digital resources.
• Experience with train-the-trainer programs.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently.
