You will design engaging learning experiences, workshops, and digital content for diverse audiences, linking development to career growth and organizational goals. Visa sponsorship is not available.

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Development Manager (Learning& Leadership Development) to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape learning strategies that strengthen leadership capability and professional growth across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to translate talent priorities into practical development solutions that support career growth and organizational effectiveness. The position also calls for designing engaging learning experiences, workshops, and digital content that can be delivered to diverse audiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually
