Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager, Emerging and New Leaders, to shape how new leaders build the skills and confidence to lead at Affirm.

You will own the development journey from consideration to their first year, creating practical learning experiences in our remote-first environment. You will design engaging experiences that scale, combine workshops, peer learning, and hands-on practice to help leaders apply skills immediately, wherever they work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• 3+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership development and learning & development.
• Experience designing leadership programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-leader experience from design to delivery.
• Build scalable leadership journeys for transitions.
• Design engaging workshops and peer learning experiences.
• Create communities for new leaders to connect and share.
• Translate leadership expectations into practical tools and coaching.
• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams.
• Experiment, measure, and improve programs.
• Manage resources, vendors, and budgets.
