Centene Corporation is seeking a senior strategist to identify and implement business strategies that support provider networks and product development. You will design value-based payment contracting strategies and lead initiatives across all products remotely within the United States.

The role requires 10+ years in managed care, a business/healthcare degree, and PMP certification preferred. Up to 10% travel may be required as part of stakeholder engagement and program oversight.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health Administration, or equivalent fields or experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in managed care.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Strategic Payment Innovation/Value-Based Payment roadmap.
• Drive adoption of VBP programs and provide negotiation support.
• Oversee administration and reporting of all VBP programs.
• Direct and supervise staff on Strategic Provider Partnership Initiatives.
• Develop cross-functional plans to achieve strategic initiatives and report progress.
• Track and report status on partnerships, risk adjustment, and network development to leadership.
