Job summary

LeanTaaS, a leader in lean healthcare software solutions, seeks an experienced leader to build and scale a Clinical Workflow Implementation team. You will partner with hospital executives to drive successful deployments that enhance patient flow and operational efficiency.

You will balance customer delivery with people leadership, shaping delivery methodologies and best practices while coaching a growing team to deliver measurable outcomes. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with hospitals or healthcare operations.
• 5+ years in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, implementation management, or customer success.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and managing customer-facing teams.
• Experience leading implementation or transformation initiatives in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic customer implementations from discovery through go-live, including workflow analysis, design, project leadership, and change management planning.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and clinical leaders, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Drive governance meetings, executive reviews, and strategic discussions aligning progress with goals.
• Provide executive oversight across the portfolio, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Act as primary escalation point for customer and operational challenges and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee adherence to established methodologies and drive scalable processes across the team.
• Communicate progress, portfolio health, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
