Job summary

LeanTaaS is hiring a Product Implementation Manager for iQueue for Surgical Clinics. You will manage healthcare software implementations, guide surgical practices through optimization solutions, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years in health sciences, engineering, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage customer implementations from kickoff through rollout as primary contact.
• Guide scheduling, staffing, and OR assignment processes using understanding of perioperative workflows.
• Communicate technical requirements to customer IT and process teams clearly.
• Oversee data pipelines, interfaces, and customized workflows during implementation.
