Job summary
Lark Health, a remote-first health tech company, seeks an experienced RN to design and scale the operational backbone of its digital care program. You will translate clinical expertise into software-enabled workflows, shaping triage, escalation, and AI-assisted decision support, while owning documentation and QA across the lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Active RN license (multistate/compact preferred)
- Experience designing or improving digital clinical workflows, triage protocols, or clinical decision logic
- Experience translating clinical requirements into software-enabled workflows or operational docs
- Strong documentation practices with version-controlled protocols
- Experience developing or managing QA programs, workflow audits, and incident reviews
- Strong systems thinking balancing clinical quality, patient safety, and scalability
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve software-enabled clinical workflows for virtual and asynchronous care
- Build clinical decision logic for patient routing, AI-assisted triage, alerts, and escalation
- Evaluate workflows for edge cases, failure modes, and safety
- Maintain version-controlled documentation of workflows and escalation pathways
- Lead QA reviews and corrective action planning with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable clinical workflows
