Job summary

LeanTaaS is seeking a Product Implementation professional to drive onboarding and configuration of iQueue for Operating Rooms across hospitals. You will collaborate with hospital clients, clinical teams, and internal partners to ensure smooth data acquisition, design, and rollout of solutions that improve OR access, utilization, and staffing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• 3+ years of professional work experience with data and analytics in healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years client-facing role such as management consulting or implementation management.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems and data (EHR familiarity preferred).
• Experience with executive stakeholders and driving alignment in complex environments.
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from kickoff through data acquisition, solution design, configuration, validation, and rollout.
• Partner with cross-functional Customer Success to ensure accurate and optimal workflows.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to align workflows to goals.
• Translate clinical needs into optimized workflows with perioperative leadership.
• Engage executive stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Configure product reflecting customer workflows including block build and scheduling.
