Job summary

NTT DATA's Launch by NTT DATA seeks a Lead Visual & Emerging Designer (grade 11) to guide the visual strategy for client engagements, driving design systems and AI-enabled workflows from remote locations.

You’ll collaborate with principal designers, directors, product managers and engineers to deliver premium visual work, mentor designers, and advance accessibility and storytelling across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual/product design
• Extensive experience with Figma, Sketch, and Miro
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts
• Ability to translate visual decisions into business outcomes
• Experience leading visual direction on client engagements

Responsibilities

• Bring big-picture strategic thinking to framing engagements and deliver premium visuals
• Own hands-on delivery of premium visual design on priority engagements and set quality bar
• Lead visual direction and critique across designers and disciplines
• Use storytelling, prototypes, and direction-setting to sell ideas and secure buy-in
• Partner with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering to translate decisions into solutions
• Bring AI and emerging design tools into discovery, ideation, and production with sound judgment
• Coach designers on craft, presentation, and storytelling through critique
