NTT DATA, Inc. in the United States/Canada seeks a Lead Visual & Emerging Designer to guide the visual direction for Launch by NTT DATA. You will collaborate with principal designers and directors to shape AI-native design standards and drive premium visual work across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience as a visual designer, product designer, or equivalent role.
• 8+ years familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Miro, etc.
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years with portfolio showing work product and process with strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• 8+ years leading visual direction on client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Bring big-picture strategic thinking to framing engagements and deliver premium visual work.
• Lead hands-on delivery of premium visual design on priority client engagements.
• Lead visual direction and critique across designers and disciplines on engagements.
• Use storytelling, prototypes, and direction-setting to sell ideas and secure buy-in.
• Partner with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering to translate visual decisions into usable, on-brand solutions.
• Bring AI and emerging design tools into discovery, ideation, and production with sound judgment.
• Coach designers on craft, presentation, and storytelling.
