Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience as a visual designer, product designer, or equivalent.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience leading visual direction on client engagements.
• Excellent communication to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with design systems and translating visuals into business value.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted design tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction on engagements and set the visual quality bar.
• Deliver premium visual design work for priority client projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, strategy leads, and engineering.
• Use storytelling and prototypes to sell ideas and gain buy-in.
• Coach designers and run design reviews with stakeholders.
