Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 8 years of Instructional Design, eLearning Development, Training Facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise learning solutions to improve capability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to learning teams.
• Lead complex learning initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, accessibility and quality.
