Job summary

Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that improve employee performance and support strategic goals. You will specialize in at least one area such as delivery, curriculum design, or learning documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for LMS knowledge. A hybrid work environment is offered, along with comprehensive benefits and a relocation option where

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of curriculum design or training experience.
• Preferred: Learning Management System experience.
• Other requirements include project management skills, experience with learning technologies, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions to improve capability and performance.
• Deliver training sessions (virtual/in-person) with effective facilitation.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and craft solutions.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect evolving processes and systems.
• Build relationships with SMEs, HR, managers to align training with needs.
